Our unique search and audit program streamlines the traditional RFP (Request for Proposal)
process while providing the best agency partner solutions.

Our unique process allows you to pre-screen agencies prior to our comprehensive RFP process,
so you can quickly identify those best suited to your specific needs.

    1. Initial discovery
    First we need to know your goals and objectives for print Yellow Pages, IYP (internet yellow
    pages), and digital and online strategies. All areas, from how your account is managed by
    corporate, field or franchise, to long term strategic planning needs, as well as budgeting
    and accounting procedures are reviewed. We walk through your entire program and wish-
    list to determine what your requirements are and what you can expect from a new agency
    relationship. This part of the process is extremely important because if you know exactly
    what you want so you’ll know for sure when you’ve found it.

    2. Preliminary agency/partner match.
    Our proprietary agency selection process allows you to quickly gauge which of our pre-
    screened agencies you want to participate in your RFP process.  We guide the selection

    process results in a short list of two to three finalist remaining in the review/search process.

    5. Finalist presentations.
    We coordinate and attend premise meeting presentations where the finalists can

    6. Decision made
